We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at maisonquality.pro@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return instructions and conditions.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions for sending your package back.
Note: Any item returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and—once the return is accepted—place a new order.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European regulations, if the order is shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day period to cancel or return your purchase without providing a reason.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company’s processing time may vary.
