Carriers
We work with trusted standard carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, UPS, and DPD. A tracking number is automatically sent by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order directly on our tracking page.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free for all orders over €50 or the equivalent in other currencies. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
From time to time, temporary offers may provide free shipping with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Issues
